Anyway, doctors are already required to contact child protection services if they have any reason at all to suspect abuse, and that's how it should be. I just feel that as a parent, I should know about any and every medical procedure happening to my children. Mallory, how many abortions should a minor be able to have before the parents are notified? Can you give me a number? Is that number really infinity? What if it was your daughter? Would that number even be one if it was your child? I agree with you on almost everything! I, too have not found a Prop 8 supporter that can give me a valid argument other than something religious, which I find meaningless.
